Orders:

Can I make changes or cancel my online order?

Yes, you can make changes to your order prior to item(s) being shipped

When is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped out the next business day after order placement.

Please note: We don’t ship orders on Sunday or Federal Holidays.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your item is shipped you will be notified via e-mail with a tracking number. Please wait up to 12-24 hours for the tracking number to update. If there is no update after 24 hours contact our Customer Care Department at shoetacr@gmail.com.

Please note: Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays the tracking number may be delayed in updating.

What if I place an order and Shoeta doesn't have the item in stock?

In the rare case of an out of stock, our Customer Care Department will notify you immediately.
A full refund will be issued or a replacement product will be sent based upon correspondence with customer.

Shipping:

What shipping options are available in the USA?

Shoeta provides shipping through various carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, & DHL. Choice of carrier is selected by location of customer.

What are the shipping fees for domestic orders?

Shoeta offers free shipping on all domestic orders (within US) placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. 

What are the shipping fees for international orders?

International Shipping is based on a "per item" and "per pound" basis. At the time of your checkout the shipping cost will be displayed. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard 3-7 Business Days

Expedited 2-3 Business Days (additional charge)

Business day's include Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays

Please note: We do not offer overnight shipping

Can I ship an order to a P.O. Box?

Yes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our products internationally.

We use various carriers to ship internationally such as USPS International Service, FedEx & DHL.

How long does an item take to arrive internationally?

Due to variations in international customs and shipping carrier, a shipment could take up to 10 to 20 business days.

Can you mark this item as a gift or declare as a lower value?

Please be advised that we cannot mark your item as a gift or declare as a lower value. The customer will be responsible for duties & taxes.

Billing:

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases and when am I charged?

PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.

Your account will be charged as soon as the order is placed. Payment clearance may take up to 24 hours.

Returns:

What is Shoeta’s Return Policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days by contacting our Customer Care Department. All returns must be unworn, in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging. 

Shipping Returns:

All returns must be placed in a separate box then shipped back to our warehouse located at:

18 South Main Street in Kaysville, Utah 84037.

Our Return process is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

  • Contact our Customer Care Department at shoetacr@gmail.com for a return authorization request
  • Return the package to our warehouse in the same condition as you received it
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our customer care department your refund will be processed (3 Business Days depending on payment method used at the time of purchase)

Can I exchange an item for another size, style or color?

What is Shoeta’s policy on damaged or lost packages?

If for any reason your item is lost or damaged upon delivery, please contact our Customer Care Department at shoetacr@gmail.com.  Our Customer Care Department will look into your concern and ensure your satisfaction.
